QLR Services

QLR services directly link to the organization’s data study results. Interrelated improvement opportunities are associated with categories, but are customized to target user-identified needs. Improvement opportunity content and process target the goals, success measures, and interventions selected by the organization.

Professional Development Categories

Systemic Planning – facilitating district and/or school planning, implementation, and monitoring based on the collection, organization, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data

Foundation Knowledge and Skills – developing organizational leadership capacity for rationally designing system functions, structures, and processes and consistently applying the principles, processes, and tools of continuous improvement

Assessment, Curriculum, Instruction, and Evaluation – providing knowledge, skill, practice, and support related to (1) universal and consistent implementation of a data-driven assessment, curriculum, and instruction system; (2) the selection and application of research-based teaching strategies in reading, writing, and mathematics; and (3) the use of proven classroom organization and management practices

Value-Added Support Services – facilitating design and implementation of (1) support operations, such as maintenance, custodial services, transportation, food services; (2) personnel selection, development, and assessment; (3) goals-driven budget development; and (4) partnerships with families and communities
