Evidence of Effectiveness

QLR leadership
professional development for continuous improvement has
directly impacted six school districts, both large and
small, totaling 200 schools. Additionally, the content and
process have indirectly influenced 3,500 schools in 46
states as colleagues have shared their learning with others.
QLR associates have multiplied the impact of their
adoption and adherence to continuous improvement principles,
processes, and tools as they assume leadership positions and
responsibilities in other districts, schools, and
organizations across the nation.
