Evidence of Effectiveness

QLR leadership professional development for continuous improvement has directly impacted six school districts, both large and small, totaling 200 schools. Additionally, the content and process have indirectly influenced 3,500 schools in 46 states as colleagues have shared their learning with others.

QLR associates have multiplied the impact of their adoption and adherence to continuous improvement principles, processes, and tools as they assume leadership positions and responsibilities in other districts, schools, and organizations across the nation.

Data Samples

A sampling of quantitative and qualitative effectiveness evidence from districts and schools provides impact data. Trend data ( Trend 1Trend 2,) reflects improved student achievement with gap reduction among student sub-groups. One large urban district was recognized by the United States Department of Education for the 1999-2000 National Awards Program for its model professional development program.
