Professional Development Content

QLR partners with the organization to design and implement customized professional development identified in improvement plans. Professional development content emerges from the identification of staff strengths and needs related to high-impact needs resulting from current qualitative, quantitative, results, and process data study. A site-based gap analysis between proven practice and current practice determines professional development content.

 

Professional development content is grounded in research from the education and business fields. Research reflects thesystem elements essential for sustainable improvement. Topics include:

A selected bibliography  provides a sampling of the foundation knowledge for QLR professional development.
